Return Deposit and Refund Policy to Buyers.

ALL orders/package promos specials are FINAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

 Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for preorders, unclaimed orders last-minute cancellation  or orders prepared according to your specifications. Refunds will only be considered in cases where an error occurred on our part, such as an incorrect order or failure to fulfill the order on time. ALL deliveries or order pick ups CLIENTS are to sign the " package list sheet " to ensure you have received purchased items.  By placing this order, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used. Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be vigorously contested and may result in legal action and additional fees. We reserve the right to block any future orders from customers. 

All service packages will be charged an IN %7 Sales Tax. This will be added to the final cost.

Payment is done through Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App To ensure your catering date, you must make a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. The remaining balance MUST be paid EXACTLY 1 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENTS. IF not Paid you may forfeit your catering service and WILL NOT receive your deposit or funds paid towards the balance due to items that have been already purchased for the event. 

Please read and look over the policies before purchasing. This will also be given with a contract to seal the agreement.

 Half pans accommodate up to 10 ppl |  Full pans accommodate up to 20 ppl

 ON THE INQUIRY FORM ( MARK N/A IF NOT APPLICABLE) for non-selection items  

 $75 for Half pans and  $110 for Large pans 

 Indiana state tax will be added to the final total in the invoice. After inquiry submission allow 24 hours for us to respond to email. 

 pricing for certain items: Lambchops, Oxtails, and Seafood Mac are different based on quantity needed, inflations, and people serving.
